Lima Bean Update

Celena had her 36 week ultrasound appointment this morning.

The Bean is, in a word, great! The estimate of current weight is 6 lbs, 3 oz. All of the bits and pieces seem to be there (other than the bits and pieces we didn't look for....we still don't know the gender), and the Bean was moving around quite swimmingly. How Celena has managed to cram a baby of that size into such a small bump remains a mystery to us all...

It somehow now seems much more real when this more-or-less baby-sized face is staring back at you from the screen.

With that, it's time to begin the betting. We're taking guesses on birthdate, weight and gender. Entries are due by January 9th. Winners will be rewarded with fabulous prizes and/or childcare obligations. Enter by posting your guess in the comments, or emailing either of us.
