Girl of the World

The Bean went for her second ever cab ride this morning. She had an important destination--she was heading to the Swedish consulate to complete the first step in getting her Swedish passport. She looked very determined, as she admired Mom's passport before leaving:




The cab ride went much better than the first attempt! Riding through Central Park:



Mom and the Bean made a brief stop at Dad's office in midtown, which was apparently not very interesting to the Bean:



After a successful visit to the Konsulat, Mom and the Bean visited Steph and Liam. Liam and the Bean appear to be getting along very well:



Tonight, the Bean was very excited by the arrival of Dad's parents for their second visit since her birth! Pictures of the doting grandparents soon...
