On Saturday, the Bean woke up at home, but she had never slept there before. Where was she?
If you thought she might have been at the lake house, you are correct. It was a big accomplishment for the Bean (and for Mom and Dad)--her first night sleeping somewhere other than the apartment and her first experience in the travel crib. The Bean was clearly aware she was in a different place on Friday night, but she settled in remarkably well.
The next day, she seemed very pleased with herself.
She had a lovely lunch outside with Mom and Dad, enjoyed the fresh air, and returned to the city recharged (at least that's how Dad felt...he's pretty sure the Bean felt the same way).
Mom and Dad are hopeful that the Bean's next big new experience--a trip on an airplane this week!--will go equally well. Stay tuned...
